1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in the original packaging.
You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
Digital downloads or software.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a full or partial refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please email us with your order details and photos, and we’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
